As the community outreach and customer support manager for Twitter Counter, Katerina Petropoulou has the unique role of seeing the product from users’ perspectives while also working on behalf of the brand to design interactions and features that continue to engage and delight its more than 2 million users.
Helping to guide the ship as the first provider of Twitter user statistics and a leading service for Twitter analytics has helped Katerina amass an extensive collection of “lessons learned.” I’m so pleased that she’s agreed to share a few of them with us during today’s #TwitterSmarter podcast episode.
