— Debbie Friez (@dfriez) May 17, 2018
A4 Influencers need to be aligned with your products and services through your vision and mission. Don't force a fit. Insincerity will show, and your credibility will suffer. #TwitterSmarter
— Jim Katzaman $ #LifeInsurance $ Worker #Benefits (@JKatzaman) May 17, 2018
A4. Give them a free sample, or free trial of your services to review as they see fit. Hopefully the relationship will be well matched and they'll promote your business or products in a positive light. It could be the start of a long and fruitful relationship! #TwitterSmarter

Analyze. Research what might have caused this change (techincal, organic, etc.) adapt and improve. Maybe you need to follow up (more?). Maybe you have to give the convo a nodge via more engaging content. etc… https://t.co/i89IjpnUgZ

A7. Keep calm and carry on! Look at the metrics and conduct a quick survey to see what’s going on. Evaluate the results and see what ideas can come up that may be different yet aligned w/ brand and community. #TwitterSmarter https://t.co/hVvsXr7HWm

A7: Hmmm good one! I would see why the engagement rates changed so dramatically first, then adjust accordingly. Perhaps the content wasn't as rich? When did the change take place? Was there anything going on in terms of news, events holidays? #TwitterSmarter pic.twitter.com/13weldl1gI
— Marcello Coronado (@CoronadoCello) May 17, 2018
A7: If engagement rates drop, it may be time for a chat with the influencer… but it may be your campaign (especially if it's new and untested). Not that if the influencer's content looks and feels like an ad, people will likely ignore it.
Keep content natural. #TwitterSmarter

A7. Go to your vanily analytics and conduct a social media audit.
Look closely at your content.

A7 The first thing I'd look at it is are YOU engaging with the right people? #TwitterSmarter

A7: Audit yourself. Did you change something? Stop tweeting as much? Maybe it's just a trend? Always be improving yourself on social! #TwitterSmarter

Q8: What are some tactics to collaborate with influencers to help you with content ideas? #TwitterSmarter pic.twitter.com/mmZEobMSCE

A8a: This depends a great deal on what your ultimate business goals are. If it’s brand awareness, live chats and video interviews might work great! If it’s traffic & link building, you’re going to want blog content. #TwitterSmarter
— Mike Allton (@mike_allton) May 17, 2018
A8b: The key though is to NOT create a one-size-fits-all campaign. Some influencers are awesome at video, while others may be strong at writing. #TwitterSmarter
— Mike Allton (@mike_allton) May 17, 2018
A8c: Savvy brands will create influencer programs that have a variety of possible projects and campaigns and customize the plan to suit individual influencers & their audiences. #TwitterSmarter

A8
Brainstorm some ideas with them.
Give them access to your content and resources.
Try to find correlations between your & their ideas and test them with your audience.#TwitterSmarter https://t.co/zMJvzxzkKc— Zala Bricelj (@ZalkaB) May 17, 2018
A8.
– Spending time consuming your influencers' content & understanding their styles.
– You want your sponsored content to be as genuine as possible. #TwitterSmarter https://t.co/1E9mmDLEBl

A8: What's their favorite kind of content? Does it fit with your brand? If not, is there's some compromises you can make so you're both happy? We can't always accommodate, but to maintain relationships this is a good first step. #TwitterSmarter pic.twitter.com/uqivmM3Jpl

A8 Influencers might have suggestions about your content. If what they say seems valid, that might be an opportunity for a guest blog, guest video or whatever platform or tools you work with. #TwitterSmarter

A8: Flattery will get you everywhere! Haha. Tweet them and tell them how much you love their content! Then mention that you'd love to collaborate with them. Usually best if you have a pre-existing relationship – but works without one too. #TwitterSmarter pic.twitter.com/Npe9royFjQ

A8: When you collaborate with influencers, it's good to find a balance between your voice and their voice #TwitterSmarter
— ARPR (@AR__PR) May 17, 2018
A8: Look at how they post and their personality, then incorporate that into your campaigns! Make it fun for them and their audience – it's a win-win!
Think about how to make something funny/witty with them that their audience will enjoy (depending on your product)#TwitterSmarter— influencerTONY ? New videos every Tuesday! (@InfluencerTony) May 17, 2018

Based on what they offer.
Based on what you offer.See how that collaboration could work.
Monitor their work, content, where they excel (video, articles, live, podcasts etc.) & see how you & your content & where you excel at can mix & be of value. https://t.co/thEnhXSRi9

A8. HIRE them is the best "tactic". That will make them giving you a priority plus..they do need to make a living, u know?
Imagine – for eg – you "want to b a friend" of a photographer, so "she can help you with your product", for free.. Just saying.. #twittersmarter— DearMishuDad ✊??Influencer Marketing Consultant (@DearMishuDad) May 17, 2018
